Aeronautical engineering is one of the fastest-growing engineering fields in the United States today and demands engineers with specialized skills. A minor in aeronautical engineering provides the foundation needed to pursue a career in the aerospace industry or graduate studies, including courses in aerodynamics and aeronautics.
The Aeronautics Engineering minor was first implemented for the Class of 2019. The minor leverages the three existing Aeronautical Engineering technical electives and features flight labs conducted in Army airplanes and helicopters.
