His research explores how policies can develop skills, enhance worker performance, and clarify the impact of individual choices on these outcomes. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2018, and has taught introductory economics, economics of education, intermediate macroeconomics, and leadership economics.
