Captain Anna Rapp graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy in 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and commissioning as a Military Intelligence Officer. 

From 2017 to 2021, CPT Rapp was assigned to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She served first as the Assistant S-2 for 2-502nd Infantry Battalion, then as the Information Collection Platoon Leader in the Military Intelligence Company (MICO), 39th Brigade Engineer Battalion (BEB). While at Fort Campbell, she also augmented 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment on deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. Upon her return, she served as the Battalion S-2 for the 39th BEB.

After completing the Military Intelligence Captain’s Career Course, CPT Rapp had the honor of commanding Bravo Company, 715th Military Intelligence Battalion, out of Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. She is a graduate of Airborne School, Air Assault School, and Pathfinder School.

CPT Rapp earned a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in 2025. She currently serves as a PL300 (Military Leadership) Instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy.

An Army brat who now calls Boston home, CPT Rapp loves traveling and enjoys taking advantage of the beautiful Hudson Valley and its proximity to New York City.
