
MAJ Cabot Mack Howell graduated from West Point in 2014 with a BS in civil engineering. He served as an Engineer Officer at Joint Base Lewis McCord, Fort Leonard Wood and Fort Stewart before leaving active duty and joining the US Army Reserve in 2020. Mack joined the West Point faculty in 2024 as a Reserve Officer.
In his civilian career, he works as a project manager for a civil/structural engineering firm in Savannah Georgia, specializing in marine structures and port engineering. MAJ Howell has a MS in civil engineering from Missouri S&T and is currently completing his MBA from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional.
He lives in South Carolina with his wife and three children.
