Dr. CarlyWill Sloan, Ph.D.

Dr. Sloan is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Social Sciences at West Point. She received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and her B.A. in Economics from Rhodes College. She leverages quasi-experimental methods and administrative data to investigate decision-making in the criminal justice system.
