Timeo Williams is a software engineer supporting the Robotics Research Center at the United States Military Academy (West Point), where he develops and integrates software systems for autonomous and AI-enabled capabilities aligned with Army modernization efforts. He serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Cyber Operations Specialist (17C), contributing to the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence assurance, and emerging operational technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University, where his graduate work focuses on distributed systems and AI evaluation, with expected completion in 2026.
