MAJ Emily Bobenrieth is an academy professor in the Department of Law and Philosophy at the United States Military Academy (USMA). Upon graduation from USMA in 2011, she was commissioned as a Medical Service Corps Officer. She joined the Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 2016 after completing law school.
Prior to her appointment at USMA, she served on the faculty of The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School where she primarily taught the law and policy that governs intelligence and cyber operations. Her previous assignments include advising on national intelligence missions at the National Security Agency, as well as serving as a military prosecutor, brigade judge advocate, administrative law attorney, and legal assistance attorney.
