
Captain Bush is an instructor in the Department of Chemistry and Life science and teaches CH101: General Chemistry. After earning as B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy in 2016, she commissioned as a military police officer. Assignments include Germany and Fort Leonard Wood with positions held: PL, XO, CDR, and S3. She earned an M.S. in Chemistry from Cornell University in 2023 before returning to USMA as an instructor. CPT Bush’s M.S. degree thesis was primarily based in physical inorganic chemistry using computational methods and spectroscopic techniques.
