COL Jordon E. Swain, Ph.D.

Jordon Swain is a career Military Intelligence officer and associate professor. He has over 25 years of organizational leadership experience, having served in various command and staff positions overseas and in the United States during peacetime and war. Colonel Swain graduated from West Point with honors, holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a Ph.D. in organizations and management from Yale University. 

Jordon is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College, Command and Staff Services School, Army Airborne School, Army Assault School, and U.S. Navy Dive School. Colonel Swain has earned a number of awards, including the Legion of Merit and Bronze Star medal. He has published numerous papers and book chapters focused on leadership and leader development and has provided leadership training to various teams and organizations in both the public and private sectors.
