CPT Kyle Dotterrer Instructor Electrical Engineering & Computer Science kyle.dotterrer [at] westpoint.edu About Education Kyle Dotterrer is a Research Scientist at the Army Cyber Institute. He earned a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science degree in Computational Data Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Kyle has served in the U.S. Army as a Cyber Capability Developer, data engineer, machine learning engineer, and software engineer. Most recently, Kyle served as a software architect and technical lead within the AI Factory at the Army Artificial Intelligence Integration Center. He is a graduate of the Cyber Basic Officer Course and the Army Special Operations Forces Captains Career Course. He is certified as an Army Senior Cyber Capability Developer with a specialization in Windows Persistence. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, database systems, compilers, and computer systems security.
