CPT Marshall Kobylski was born in Bowling Green, Ohio. He graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and commissioned as an Engineer officer in May 2016.
CPT Kobylski served as both a Horizontal Platoon Leader and a Vertical Platoon Leader, and as a Company Executive Officer in 4th Engineer Battalion at Fort Carson, CO. CPT Kobylski then served as the Future Plans Officer for the United States Army Engineer School (USAES) and as a Company Commander in the 58th Transportation Battalion at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
CPT Kobylski earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
