CPT Nijel Rogers is an instructor of general chemistry. He commissioned as an engineer officer after earning a B.S. in chemical engineering from the United States Military Academy (USMA) in 2015. He served as the Vertical Construction Platoon Leader within the 92nd Engineer Battalion and Headquarters Support Company Executive Officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBn), 3rd Infantry Division. CPT Rogers commanded Alpha Company, HHBn, Fort Jackson, SC, and served as the Aide-de-camp to the Deputy Commanding General of U.S. Army Central.
He earned a M.S.E. in chemical engineering from Princeton University in 2024 before returning to USMA as an instructor.
