
Olympia Watts is a dedicated fitness and performance professional with a comprehensive background in martial arts human performance and academic instruction. With over 14 years of training experience, she holds a first-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has actively competed for seven years. Her martial arts journey includes extensive training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and other combative disciplines, demonstrating a deep commitment to physical excellence and tactical proficiency.
Ms. Watts earned her Bachelor of Science in fitness and human performance, graduating magna cum laude, and went on to complete a Master of Science in exercise science from the University of Houston–Clear Lake (UHCL). She has contributed to higher education as an adjunct instructor in UHCL’s College of Human Sciences and Humanities and supported applied research as a coordinator at the university’s Health and Human Performance Institute.
In addition to her professional pursuits, she is proud to be a wife and mother. She and husband Anthony Ortiz are the proud parents of a 1-year-old son.
