MAJ Tim Leung is a Nuclear and Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (FA52) Officer currently serving as a Deputy Director of the Nuclear Science and Engineering Research Center (NSERC). He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stonehill College, a Master of Science and Technology Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and is currently completing a Master of Science in Data Science at the Johns Hopkins University.
MAJ Leung commissioned through the Boston University Army ROTC program and served as a Field Artillery Officer for the first 9 years of his career. His previous assignments include serving as a Fire Direction Officer, Platoon Leader, and Battery Executive Officer in 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment out of Joint Base Lewis McChord; a Fires Officer in Special Operations Joint Task Force – Afghanistan; Assistant Operations Officer and Battery Commander within 2BCT, 101st ABN Division (AASLT); and Assistant Professor of Military Science in the Johns Hopkins University Army ROTC program.
MAJ Leung is a Massachusetts native and resides with his wife, Gabrielle, their son, Teddy, and dog, Hazel.
