LTC Todd Arnold is a cyber officer and serves as an Academy Professor and Division Lead in the Army Cyber Institute. Todd is a 2001 graduate of the U.S Military Academy, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science. He received an M.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2008 and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. Todd has multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 22d Signal Brigade as a network engineer. More recently he had multiple assignments to Army Cyber Command and his most recent assignment was to establish the Cyber Solutions Development Detachment and serve as lead developer at Ft. Meade, MD. His research interests include network routing protocols, Internet measurements, network performance, and cybersecurity.
