LTC W. Casey Biggerstaff is an academy professor in the Department of Law and Philosophy at the United States Military Academy (USMA). Prior to his USMA appointment, he served as an armor officer. During that time, he deployed in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM before transitioning into the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
Since becoming a Judge Advocate, he has served predominantly in various litigation roles, including two tours in the U.S. Army Litigation Division's military personnel law branch, and as a military professor in the Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College.
