COL Margaret Nowicki, Ph.D.

Colonel Margaret Nowicki commissioned as an Engineer Officer in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Point. She earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire in 2008, and then in 2017, a PhD from the George Washington University, focused on Biomaterials for Tissue Engineering. COL Nowicki is Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. She has taught mechanics of materials, engineering materials, and machine component design and manufacturing.
